We know the importance of turning such projects around within tight timescales and will do so creatively and within budget.

There is no doubt that properties in need of modernisation will more often than not provide the best investments. You will normally be able to buy these properties at quite a lot less than their modernised counterparts – although the differential has narrowed considerably over the years. For investors who have little or no knowledge of property refurbishment, this area of expertise is crucial to your survival as a successful investor. Costs can (and normally do) spiral out of control and you may be left with an unforeseen nightmare at your new doorstep.

Upon initial inspection of the condition of the property, we will be able to tell you the average refurbishment cost expected - the estimated price is due to possible extra works needing to be done in order to bring the property up to maximum potential. As with all of our services we can offer a basic or a premier service (Related costs will reflect the quality of the product installed). The differences are solely in the products that we install and their related costs. In both cases we will take responsibility for the entire project from beginning to end and simply hand the keys back to you once we have finished the job

Our team includes a project manager and interior designer who will ensure that your property is finished to an enviable standard. You will at all times be able to contact either project manager or designer to find out how the work is progressing.

We also offer a property finder service. The property will be sourced, the best price negotiated and then it can be fully or partly modernised to provide you the owner an investment to be proud of.

Private individuals will invariably pay too much for the property and spend too much money on the refurbishment. We aim to minimise cost whilst helping you maximise returns.
