Presentation is Key
When trying to compete for the best price you may need to do a liitle work on the presentation.
The tactic worked for David Hudson, a businessman from Bamford, whose four-bedroom house lingered on the market from June until just before Christmas. “I was cynical of people telling me how to present my house, thinking they made it up as they went along,” he says. “ButHighfields advised us on presentation.
